Gen-AI 기반 의료교육 콘텐츠 공동연구 및 실증을 위한 업무협약서

제1조(목적)

본 협약은 을이 개발 중인 Gen-AI 기반 의료 술기교육 콘텐츠 및 플랫폼(MEDICAMP)에 대해, 갑이 학술적·현장 기반의 협력을 제공하고, 양 기관이 공동으로 실증 연구 및 교육 확산을 추진하기 위한 협력관계를 구축하고 상호 발전을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(협력 내용)

양 기관은 다음 각 호의 사항에 대해 상호 협력한다. 

1. AI 기반 의료교육 콘텐츠의 공동연구 및 기술 검증 
2. 학회 회원 대상 테스트·설문조사·전문가 피드백 제공
3. 공동 세미나·포럼 등 개최 및 홍보 지원
4. 교육과정 및 커리큘럼 내 콘텐츠 적용 가능성 검토
5. 기타 양 기관이 필요하다고 인정하는 상호 협력 사항

제3조(역할 및 책임)

갑 (의료메타버스학회)는 회원 및 전문가 기반의 피드백, 임상현장 의견 반영, 실증대상 기관 연계 등을 통해 기술 완성도를 높이기 위한 학술적 지원을 제공 할 수 있다.

을(이누씨)는 연구개발 중인 콘텐츠, 플랫폼 및 기술자료를 제공하고, 실증 및 검토에 필요한 기술적 지원을 수행 할 수 있다.

Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Joint Research and Pilot Validation of Gen-AI-Based Medical Education Content

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of this MOU is to establish a cooperative framework for validating and advancing Gen-AI-powered surgical education technologies and immersive content, and to facilitate their integration into real-world medical education and training environments.

Article 2 (Areas of Cooperation)

The Parties agree to cooperate in the following areas:

1. Joint research and academic review of AI-powered medical education content
2. Evaluation and feedback by Party A members and experts
3. Organization of joint academic seminars, symposia, and outreach activities
4. Exploration of content integration into formal curricula and residency training
5. Other areas of mutual interest as agreed upon by both Parties

Article 3 (Roles and Responsibilities)

• Party A (Medical Metaverse Society) shall provide access to its academic network, facilitate expert feedback, and support the deployment of validation sites and evaluations.
• Party B (INUC Co., Ltd.) shall provide technical resources, access to prototype platforms, and implement updates based on field feedback for practical deployment.
